These are a few of my favorite smoothies that my husband and I have either created over the years, or found in various books and links. Most of the smoothies are vegan, although there may be one or two containing honey; for this I would substitute honey for brown rice syrup or even maple syrup! Yum! I hope you all enjoy your new journey on entering or continuing a cleaner lifestyle <3
