Kick 2013 off with a green attitude! 24 Green Juice recipes for every pallet!

Listed below is another compilation of recipes that have become a staple in our household! most of these have been created through our trial and error, and a few are from various books and links we've discovered through our green juicing journey!

Most of these juices are very kid friendly, our seven year old and three year old absolutely LOVE juicing! Juicing is by far the easiest way to get your child's proper veggie intake for their nutritional needs! Juices are great as a refreshment, snack or add ons to meal times!

Sweet green juice!
½ pineapple
7 kale leaves
2 fennel stalks



Intense green juice!
1 Jalepeno
1 peeled lemon
1 thumb ginger
1 handful kale
1 head of romaine
1 handful collards
1 cucumber
2 apples
1/2 head broccoli


Alkalizing drink!
I rib of celery
1/4 cucumber
1 hand full of cilantro
1 thumb slice of ginger
1/2 lemon peeled
1-2 c coconut water or water


Detox Mean Green juice~
1 head of celery
1 cucumber
3-4 apples
3 swiss chard leaves
6 dinosaur kale leaves
4-6 red russian kale leaves
1/2 bunch of parsley
1 peeled lemon
ginger (1 inch) turmeric (1 inch or more)

Lung power juice~
1 Head of Celery
2-4 Fuji Apple
1 Lemon-peeled or Lime
Knob of Ginger
1 Bunch of Wild Watercress


Green wellness~
1/2 Bunch of Dandelion Greens
3-4 Swiss Chard Leaves
1 Head of Celery
1C of Basil
Turmeric
Knob Ginger
2 Apples
1 Lime (without peel)

Skin Goddess juice~
2 green apple
1 inch knob ginger
6 large stalks celery
1 cucumber
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of kale
1/2 lemon-peeled

Skin tonic & liver/ kidney detox juice~
take a bunch of parsley (or Cilantro / Coriander Leaves) and wash it clean. Then cut it in small pieces. juice it or blend it with clean water or coconut water and enjoy!

Tropical juice~
1/2 Pineapple
1/2 Papaya
1 Kiwi
3 Handfuls of Kale
1 Cucumber
3 Cups Watermelon
Juice of 1/2 Lime


Mango Green juice~
1 Mango
2 Handfuls Wheatgrass
3 Handfuls Romaine Lettuce
1 Cucumber
2 Pears
2 Handfuls Kale
Coconut Water- to fill remainder of your glass once filled

Green Goddess juice 2~
3 Celery Stalks
1/2 Cucumber
2 Pear
2 Handfuls Romaine Lettuce
3 Handfuls Wheatgrass
3 Handfuls Kale
2 Handfuls Spinach
1/2 Cup Coconut Water
Drops of Stevia or maple syrup (to taste)


Martha Stewart's Green Juice!
1 Pear
1 Apple
2 Handfuls Spinach
2 Handfuls Parsely
2 Celery Stalks
2 Cucumbers
1 Inch of Ginger
1/2 Papaya


Yummy apple green juice~
2 Green Apples
1/2 Cucumber

Grapefruit lovers green juice~
1 Apple
1 Grapefruit

1 large celery stalk

1/3 cup parsley
1 tablespoon ginger
